Jeff's Birthday

Last Saturday we celebrated Jeff's birthday at our house. He picked the menu : Taco Bar! We love making tacos, but this time, Gerry added a very special ingredient which was a big hit - chorizo! Besides Jeff, Kelly and Hailey, my mom, Uncle Marc and John were all there to celebrate. I made Jeff's favorite dessert- chocolate cake with chocolate icing and we had chocolate ice cream. My mom made churros, which were good but weird. We played some cool horse racing gambling game, using poker change. We all had a great time.

Unfortunately, Jeff wound up spending his actual birthday in the hospital due to some blood pressure issues. Luckily he was able to come home yesterday and everything seems to be alright! We will continue praying!
